This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and legal foundations of prosecutorial supervision over the implementation of labor legislation. The purpose of the study is to determine the legal nature, principles, and regulatory framework of prosecutorial supervision, as well as to reveal its role in ensuring legality in labor relations. The research examines constitutional provisions and the norms of labor and prosecutorial legislation based on a systematic approach. As a result, the institutional significance of prosecutorial supervision in protecting labor rights and preventing legal violations is substantiated.
