The article emphasizes that, during the years of independence, special attention has been paid to the upbringing of the younger generation, including the development of a preschool education system that meets the demands of the times, the upbringing of physically healthy and spiritually mature children, and the provision of effective education. Best practices from foreign countries were studied, national values were taken into account, and a perfect system was created.
