This article examines the theoretical and practical issues of prosecutorial oversight of the protection of agricultural land in our country. It analyzes large-scale reforms aimed at safeguarding these lands and ensuring their rational use, as well as measures to prevent their unauthorized seizure and misappropriation. In addition, the article reviews the experience of developed countries and the views of domestic and foreign scholars. On this basis, it formulates practical recommendations and conclusions aimed at preventing illegal construction and enhancing the effectiveness of agricultural land protection.
