This article highlights the responsibilities of prosecutorial supervision over the execution of land law documents and organizational issues of its functioning in Uzbekistan. The historical development and legal basis of prosecutorial supervision in the field of land management is examined, and its importance for ensuring the rule of law, especially in the agricultural sector, is emphasized. Changes in the structures of the prosecutor's office, their role and legislative changes aimed at increasing the efficiency of implementation of land legislation are discussed. Particular attention is paid to the need to create a unified control system using digital technologies and cooperation between competent authorities to prevent violations, illegal construction and unauthorized use of land. The article proposes measures to improve prosecutorial supervision through determining the scope and boundaries of powers to improve the implementation of land legislation and protect the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the field of land use.
