This article analyzes the concept and essence of artificial intelligence and also examines both the positive and negative consequences of its use in the cadastral field. The author comprehends the risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence in the national cadaster, especially in the context of an incompletely formed cadaster and the incomplete process of digitalization of cadastral data. Based on an analysis of international experience and existing standards, ways to improve legislation in this area are proposed.
