This article highlights the mechanisms for organizing prosecutorial control over the execution of land law documents in Uzbekistan and proposes measures to improve them. Particular attention is paid to the role of prosecutorial supervision in ensuring law and order in land management, especially in the agricultural sector. The author highlights problems associated with the insufficient effectiveness of prosecutorial control, including cases of illegal land seizure and illegal construction. Specific measures are proposed to improve the organization of prosecutorial control, including improved planning, collection and analysis of information to more effectively resolve violations in the field of land legislation. Particular attention is paid to the need for an integrated approach using various sources of information to improve the efficiency of prosecutorial supervision and environmental protection.
