In this scientific and theoretical article, the author attempts to analyze the interaction of authorized state bodies in the regulation of land relations and its improvement from a scientific, practical, and theoretical perspective. The analysis is based on national legislation, the scientific and theoretical views of foreign scholars, and the organizational and legal mechanisms being implemented in this area in our country. The author notes that state management in the field of land use involves organizing the rational use and reproduction of land and natural resources, protecting the environment, and ensuring legality in ecological and economic relations. This management is carried out through organizational and legal, economic, and administrative methods. The author concludes that a lack of clarity in defining functional tasks and a disproportionate application of liability measures can reduce the effectiveness of control activities in this area.
