This article substantiates that the amount payable in the agreement-contract with the client for services performed by lawyers should be set at a level not lower than the Basic Calculation Amount (BCA) based on mutual agreement. The payment structure for legal services has been improved based on the agreement between the lawyer and the client, with specific amounts established for each type of work, resulting in increased effectiveness of legal services. The article demonstrates mechanisms for achieving economic growth of legal structures, developing their infrastructure, and increasing the level of coverage for administrative expenses as a result of improving the payment system for legal services.
