In colleges and technical schools, as well as in many areas of higher education, methods for modeling physical processes and experiments using computer technologies in pedagogy and electronics are widely applied. Modeling physical processes with the Proteus software provides numerous advantages for students. This article examines the possibilities of using Proteus technology in the educational process. The laboratory work is designed to obtain the volt–ampere characteristic of a semiconductor diode using the Proteus program, to study the operation of a two-phase rectifier, and to explore the functional generator properties of a semiconductor transistor.
