The article analyzes the issues of restoring and extending procedural deadlines in civil proceedings from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Drawing on the Civil Procedure Code of Uzbekistan, judicial practice, and international experience, the author examines legal mechanisms, existing challenges, and practical solutions. The article also provides recommendations aimed at ensuring procedural discipline, fairness, and equality of the parties.
