This article presents the development of new tools and a program for targeted improvement of training sessions for highly skilled belt wrestlers. The methodology is based on exercises to develop strength abilities in these athletes, assessed using computerized measuring equipment. The scientific significance of applying these methods is revealed through the results obtained in pedagogical experiments.
