This article discusses the methodology for enhancing the physical fitness of para badminton players. During the research, a differentiated training program was developed, taking into account the individual capabilities of the athletes. Throughout the 12-week training process, special methods were employed to develop physical qualities such as strength, endurance, speed, coordination, and balance. Additionally, the effectiveness of the methodology was evaluated based on diagnostic, monitoring, and assessment criteria. The research results demonstrated the potential for effectively improving the physical fitness of para badminton players and elevating their level of preparedness for competitions.
