This article analyzes the effectiveness of incorporating track and field exercises into the process of preparing volleyball players for competitions. The study involved athletes aged 16-18, who underwent specialized training for 8 weeks. The training program included exercises aimed at developing sprinting, jumping, running technique, and reaction speed. The research results demonstrated that athletics exercises significantly improved physical performance and increased the effectiveness of technical and tactical movements in volleyball. In conclusion, it was proven that integrating elements of athletics into volleyball training has a positive impact on competition results.
