The publication provides an analytical overview of existing physiotherapy techniques, including magnetotherapy, laser therapy, oxygen therapy, and hydrotherapy, as well as the findings of the authors' own research into the development and implementation of combined treatment methods, such as general thermomagnetic therapy and local baromagnetic therapy. The necessity of unlocking the potential of therapeutic physical factors into sports physiotherapy as an integral component of the training program for athlete recovery, fatigue prevention, and enhancement of adaptive abilities is substantiated.
