This article examines the issue of individualizing the training process for S6 Paralympic swimmers, taking into account the specifics of their motor limitations. A methodology for integrating EMS suits into the training mesocycle was developed for the experimental group. A comparative analysis of the dynamics of the indicators revealed that in the control group, the improvement in time for the 50m freestyle distance did not exceed 1.5%, and the technique index increased by less than 2%. In contrast, in the experimental group, swimming speed improved by 4.7–5.6%, and the technique index increased by 9–11%.
