A relatively independent approach to diagnosing the psychological state and level of para- volleyball players with disabilities at the stage of long-term training and the selection and implementation of diagnostic methods in the approach to this activity, choosing the main means of diagnosing the psychological state of athletes using sufficiently effective psychological methods for assessing attention, memory, thinking, and mental functions, as well as improving motor skills specific to the sport, and the effectiveness of ensuring a high level of participation in competitions in the sport, in this research work, the relevance, purpose and objectives, scientific novelty, and theoretical, practical aspects of the topic are highlighted, and scientific works and literature conducted by domestic and foreign scientists, internet resources are used. The conducted research work concludes with data obtained from pedagogical experience aimed at increasing the effectiveness of increasing the volitional capabilities of athletes at the stage of long-term preparation as a result of the application of certain methods in relation to the psychological state of athletes and their reactions and influence on the process of sports training, ensuring their worthy participation in sports training and major competitions in the integrated preparation for para-volleyball training at the stages of long-term preparation. As a result of the conducted scientific experiment, the effectiveness of improving the proper organization of practical processes and achieving high results by athletes at the stage of long-term training of para-volleyball players with disabilities by applying and forming the possibilities of psychological preparation and a volitional approach, supporting the worthy opportunities of qualified para-volleyball athletes in domestic sports training, has been expressed.
