Introduction. The globalization of science and technology necessitates the development of specialized language skills in non-linguistic academic fields, particularly physics. English has become the lingua franca of scientific communication, and therefore, physics students must develop professional communicative competence to participate in international research, present findings at conferences, and collaborate across borders. However, traditional approaches to English language teaching often fail to address the specific communicative needs of physics students. In response to this challenge, the present study proposes a didactic model that incorporates the principles of differentiation, continuity, and career orientation into ESP instruction. These principles are designed to align the learning process with students' individual needs, provide a systematic progression in skill development, and ensure the professional relevance of the English language instruction. The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of this model in improving the professional communicative competence of physics students.
