Intestinal intussusception in infants remains one of the most urgent problems ofpediatric surgery due to its high complication rate and potential mortality. This study presents a comparative analysis of treatment outcomes using different surgical strategies: conservative management, laparoscopic procedures, and laparotomy. The choice of treatment was determined by the child’s age, timing of hospital admission, and severity of clinical manifestations. The findings demonstrated a significant reduction in early postoperative complications in the main group compared to the control group (2.6% vs. 22.5%). Laparoscopic management showed clear advantages, including minimal invasiveness, shorter postoperative recovery, and lower incidence of infectious complications. An individualized approach to the selection of surgical tactics substantially improves the effectiveness of treatment for intestinal intussusception in infants.
