Annotatsiya

MR-scans of 176 patients were analyzed to study gallbladder (GB) topography. Based on Al algorithms, a classification of GB positional standards was developed. The clinical study included 176 patients, divided into a control group and a study group (utilizing MedScan Al). Al identified three types of GB positioning: vertical (23.8%), middle (61.4%), and horizontal (14.8%>). It was established that oblique minilaparotomy provides an optimal accessibility zone for all types.
