The study included 242 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy from 2020 to the first half of2025. All procedures were record-ed using standard video documentation, allowing the creation of a unified dataset of endoscopic images. Automated methods were applied for feature extraction, surgical phase recognition, anatomical structure detection, and computational assessment of critical zones (Critical View of Safety). The cohort included 150 fe-males (62.0%) and 92 males (38.0%), with a mean age of 49 ± 14 years. Conversion to open surgery was required in only 3 cases (1.2%), while intraoperative complications occurred in 11.1% of patients. No major bile duct injuries were re-ported.
