Despite the accumulated clinical experience, the influence of therapeutic approaches used in the acute phase of COVID-19 on the development of long-term post-COVID consequences remains insufficiently studied. The aim of the study is to evaluate the clinical and laboratory effectiveness of different antiviral regimens in the acute phase of the disease and to determine their significance as factors influencing the formation ofpost-COVID complications, particularly in patients with arterial hypertension and high cardiovascular risk.
