This study examined associations of genetic polymorphisms AGT T174M, JAK2 V612Phe, IL6 -174G>C, and EDN1 Lysl98Asn with Long COVID in patients with arterial hypertension. Genotyping of 174 participants was performed using allele-specific PCR, followed by statistical analysis. The TM genotype of AGT T174M and the GG genotype of JAK2 V6l2Phe were significantly more frequent in patients with Long COVID and hypertension, correlating with reduced levels of miR-155 and miR-28. Polymorphisms ofIL6 and EDN1 showed no statistically significant differences. These findings suggest that AGT T174M and JAK2 V612Phe polymorphisms may represent genetic predisposition factors for more severe vascular manifestations of Long COVID in the context of arterial hypertension.
