The study assessed cerebral hemodynamics in patients with the vascular form of neurorheumatism using transcranial Doppler ultrasonography. Early and progressive cerebral blood flow disturbances were identified, including changes in flow velocity and vascular resistance. The results demonstrate the high diagnostic value of transcranial Doppler for early detection of cerebrovascular disorders.
