Исследовано затухание высокочастотных акустических волн в кубических кристаллах хлорида натрия. Впервые определены все три независимых компонента комплексного тензора упругости и эффективные константы Грюнайзена в этих кристаллах. Показано, что наиболее сильная анизотропия затухания в кристаллах хлорида натрия наблюдается для квазипоперечных акустических волн, распространяющихся в плоскости (001).
