The motion of a light spinless particle in the vicinity of a heavy central mass is analyzed. We have derived the wave function and energy spectrum ofa particle. It is shown the ground state of a particle in the centrally symmetric gravitational field. The excited state of a particle is considered. The given problem relates to a semi-classical formulation of gravity, where matter is quantized, but gravity is not. One of the aims of this study to show the quantum behavior of a particle near to a black hole.
