In the La0.95Al0.05F3 crystal, the energies of defect formation Ea and potential barriers Em near impurity aluminum ions are determined by quantum-chemical methods. It is shown decrease of these parameters in the vicinity of the aluminum impurity ion. The most probable configurations of ensembles of aluminum ions in the crystal lattice and the corresponding energy parameters of the migration of fluorine ions closest to them are determined.
