Annotatsiya

In the paper, the direct obtaining tungsten nanoparticles from a tungsten ingot by the electron beam evaporation method are discussed. The synthesis of nanoparticles was carried out in a high-vacuum equipment for physical vapor deposition with electron-beam evaporation. A substrate cooling system and a scheme for collecting nanoparticles after quenching have been developed. The substrate was cooled using running water. The morphology and structural properties of tungsten nanoparticles were studied by scanning atomic force microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. The sizes of the resulting tungsten nanoparticles vary from 50 nm to 120 nm. It was found that the size of a tungsten nanoparticle directly depends on the substrate temperature.
