The Praesepe open star cluster is studied in detail based on high-precision observational data. Processing and analysis of all astrometric, kinematic and photometric data are made in a wide area covering the Praesepe open star cluster and its environs. Observational data from the VLDB data of Gaia space observatory (EDR3 dated 11.2021) were used in the work. Processing and analysis of data were carried out using ASteCA, TOPCAT software, based on artificial intelligence basics (principles of distributed cloud computing in neural networks and machine learning, BigData). We discovered 640 new physical members of the cluster. The total number of the Praesepe cluster members is estimated by us as 1048. The basic fundamental astrophysical parameters of cluster have been calculated. The total mass of the cluster is (560±13) Mo. The age of the cluster is 737.9 Myrs. Color excess E(B-V)=0.044±0.046, distance modulus (m-M)0=6.357±0.001. The fraction of binary stars in the cluster is ~0.1±0.06. Gaia EDR3 capabilities analysis showed a complete coverage of 12÷17mG, an astrometric limit of 21mG, a photometric limit of 20mG, a radial velocity coverage of 4÷13mG with high measurement accuracy, which is a function of the object's brightness. In addition, we have built precision two-dimensional and vector proper motion diagrams of stars, a map of most probable physical cluster members, the parallax distribution function, cluster HRD, and made calculations to determine the main fundamental astrophysical parameters of the cluster itself.
