The energies of the Landau and cyclotron transition levels are calculated for various models using the example of an InAs/AlSb quantum well in a magnetic field perpendicular to it. Calculations are carried out at different values of the thickness of the quantum well, the cases of the potential barrier of the infinite and finite quantum wells are considered. Also, the calculations were carried out for the parabolic and non-parabolic dispersion models of the conduction band. The numerical results obtained are compared with experimental data for electron gas in InAs/AlSb heterostructures.
