The behavior of the chemical potential µ of a two-dimensional electron gas near the bottom of the miniband and far from it is considered. Low-temperature analytical formulas are obtained under the conditions of the existence of an arbitrary number of minibands. It has been shown that with increasing temperature near the resonance point the chemical potential decreases linearly, and away from it exponentially slowly.
