A phenomenological model of coronal bright points (CBP) as a result of the interaction of current systems in the solar corona (CTS) was proposed. The model is based on observational data related to the CBP, as well as on the basic laws of electrodynamics and the results of laboratory experiments in plasma physics. A qualitative picture of the sequence of physical processes taking place during the formation and interaction of CTS is briefly considered. It is proposed that local plasma heating and radio generation in the field of CTS interaction due to the development of plasma and MGD instabilities can be interpreted as a phenomenon of CBP. In a frame of the model the preliminary numerical estimates of energy output and life time were carried out that are in good agreement with the observational data on CBP.
