CONNECTED TAMM STATES IN PERIODIC SPATIAL SEMICONDUCTOR STRUCTURES

Annotatsiya

This paper presents the results of calculations of the formation of Tamm states, depending on the amplitude of the perturbations of the boundary conditions. The calculation of additional bound states of electrons formed near the boundary was carried out for various configurations of a one-dimensional chain, taking into account the remaining free states. Models with different compositions of atoms for the case of 2D and 3D lattices are considered and the possibilities of such a generalization within the framework of the approach developed in the work are analyzed.
