FEATURES OF WATER STRUCTURE MODIFIED BY SiO2 NANOPARTICLES UNDER THE COMPLEX IMPACT OF ACOUSTIC AND ELECTRIC FIELDS AND ITS PRACTICAL APPLICATION

Annotatsiya

The complex activation technology for fabrication of the high-strength aseismic concrete was developed with using nature water modified by SiO2 nanoparticles. Concrete strength on 20% increasing is provided due to conditions of complex activation process. The features of water structure, conditioned by network of hydrogen bonding between neighboring hydrogen and oxygen atoms, create prerequisites to occurrence of clusters and clathrates around modification molecules and growth of crystallization centers number in concrete during process. Portland-cement M500 D0, nature water modified by SiO2 nanoparticles were used to concrete samples. Water activation was performed by acoustic field (22 kHz; 4.0 Wt/sm2 ) and electrochemical processing (15 V; 4.5 mA/sm2 ) during 45 min.
