Annotatsiya

A new installation for growing carbon nanotubes (CNT) by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method has been developed, which made it possible to obtain CNTs with a diameter of 2±0.5 nm at a temperature of 500°C using a nickel catalyst. The CNTs obtained were studied by the Raman spectroscopy method; the results show that they belong to single-walled ones.
