The article analyzes the theoretical foundations, structural-topological organization, and effectiveness criteria of teaching physical education in general education schools based on a differentiated and individualized approach. Considering studentsʼ physical development, psychophysiological characteristics, and motor skills, methods for adapting lessons to group and individual needs are presented. The research results contribute to lesson optimization and maximizing each studentʼs potential.
