The article examines the pedagogical effectiveness of using movement and sensory games with wrestling elements in teaching basic techniques of the national sport Kurash to middle school students. During the study, specially selected movement games adapted to physical education classes were implemented. Their impact on the development of physical qualities, motor activity, and studentsʼ interest in wrestling was analyzed. The results of the pedagogical experiment indicate that the systematic use of movement games with wrestling elements contributes to the development of strength, agility, balance, and coordination abilities, as well as increases studentsʼ motivation for physical education and sports activities.
