The article presents the results of the final stage of the pedagogical experiment to determine the effectiveness of physical education programs in increasing the level of physical development of students. It statistically analyzes the main anthropological and functional indicators of the subjects, and compares the differences between the control and experimental groups based on the relevant statistical characteristics. It also presents a discussion of the research results and scientific conclusions justifying the importance of the physical education program.
