Annotatsiya

This scientific work addresses the issues of effective organization of physical education classes in general secondary schools, particularly focusing on the methodology for continuous and systematic implementation of lessons based on a differentiated approach that takes into account studentsʼ level of physical development, health status, and individual characteristics. The study proposes dividing classes into groups based on studentsʼ age and physical fitness, developing a set of adapted physical exercises for each group, and applying this approach in the educational process to evaluate its effectiveness. The work aims to increase studentsʼ physical activity using advanced pedagogical technologies and elements of health-promoting physical education, as well as to cultivate their interest in sports.
