This article explores the psychological foundations of athletes’ tactical training. The study assessed the impact of psychological factors such as decision-making, attention concentration, stress resilience, and motivation on tactical effectiveness. The results showed that psychological preparation plays a crucial role in developing tactical skills, and that mental exercises and stress management strategies improve sports performance.
