This article presents a comprehensive study of the technical, physical, and psychological preparation of elite discus throwers in track and field athletics. The research analyzes the competitive results of two leading Uzbek athletes — Rashidbek Sodiqov and Dunyozod Sayfullayev — from 2022 to 2025, focusing on the dynamics of their performance at national and international competitions. The study highlights the influence of technique, strength, speed, coordination, and psychological readiness on competitive effectiveness. Based on systematic monitoring, the article provides practical recommendations for improving athletesʼ training processes, enhancing technical precision, and ensuring consistent performance growth.
