The article presents the results of an analysis based on research conducted among 15–16-year-old female boxers who are members of the national boxing team of Uzbekistan. The study focuses on the level of special physical preparedness and the development of key physical qualities — strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, and speed. Particular attention is paid to the determination and assessment of technical actions performed by athletes when working on a heavy punching bag, which makes it possible to identify the relationship between the development of physical qualities and the improvement of punching technique. The obtained results can be used to optimize the training process and enhance the effectiveness of young athletesʼ preparation at the initial and specialized stages of sports training.
