This article analyzes the role of socio-psychological factors and physical activity-related factors in the formation of job satisfaction among mining industry employees. The study examined 333 miners based on the JSS methodology of P.E. Spector. The results show that the highest satisfaction was recorded on the "work content" sub-scale (M=4.06), and the lowest indicator was recorded on the "work process rules" sub-scale (M=3.41). The overall satisfaction level was 3.70 points. The study shows that the psychological well-being and satisfaction of minersʼ work is mainly related to the content of the activity, social support, elements that stimulate physical activity, and organizational transparency, while material incentives play a relatively lesser role.
