In article the have given inspections of 35 patients at the age from 28 till 60 years, which needy prosthetic treatment. Along with clinic methods at all patients are spent microbiological and immunological researches. On the basis of these researches it has been revealed that use of artificial limbs from stainless steel of a nitrotitanic covering and metalloplastic reduce expressiveness degree little disbiosis, however to speak about frill improvement of a microbiological picture it is not necessary. Besides, results of studying of factors of local protection of mouth has show that prosthetics sick of fixed artificial limbs from PFM has more positive influence on indicators of microflora and local protection of oral cavity.
