This paper investigates the process of waste discharge from the working chamber of a saw gin machine and its impact on the quality parameters of cotton fiber and cottonseed. Experimental studies analyze how the rate of lint-free seed discharge from the working chamber affects fiber length, tensile strength, and trash content. Based on the obtained results, optimal technological operating conditions are recommended.
