This paper experimentally investigates the effect of pre-sowing ultraviolet radiation treatment of wheat seeds on their germination capacity and early root system development. The study was conducted under laboratory conditions using a comparative analysis between ultraviolet-treated seeds and control samples. The results demonstrate that presowing treatment with ultraviolet radiation under optimal conditions enhances seed germination and stimulates root system development. At the same time, an increase in radiation intensity was found to cause a reduction in biological parameters in certain cases.
