Indicators pH a saliva at patients with a secondary adentiya on the top and bottom jaws which have been fitted a prosthesis by removable plastic artificial limbs-1 group (n=14) are defined; removable artificial limbs with cast basis - the 2nd group (n=9) and volunteers with intact tooth alignments have (n=13) - control. Indicator change pH a saliva at patients of 3 groups was defined before prosthetics, after prosthetics m week, 1 month, by 6 and 9 months. According to the obtained data of a pH-metnya judged a condition of ABB in an oral cavity of the surveyed patients that specified about a course of adaptation of patients to artificial limbs.
