This article examines the interaction between language and culture in intercultural conflict communication and analyzes how cultural values, communication styles, and linguistic behavior influence conflict resolution processes. The study is based on theoretical approaches proposed by prominent scholars, including Geert Hofstede, Edward Hall, Stella Ting-Toomey, Richard Lewis, and Gareth Morgan. The article applies qualitative theoretical analysis to explore the role of cultural dimensions, high-context and low-context communication, communication accommodation, symbolic meanings, and universalism versus relativism in intercultural conflicts. The findings demonstrate that language and culture significantly shape communicative behavior, interpretation, and negotiation strategies in conflict situations. The study concludes that successful intercultural communication requires awareness of cultural diversity, adaptive communication strategies, and sensitivity to contextual and symbolic meanings.
