This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the role of innovative pedagogical technologies in the development of deontological competence among school students. The study examines the essence and content of the concept of deontological competence, its structural components, and its significance in educational practice. Furthermore, the theoretical foundations of developing this competence are analyzed from the perspectives of axiological, competency-based, and learner-centered approaches. The article substantiates the role of innovative technologies such as problem-based learning, project-based learning, interactive methods, and museum pedagogy in fostering students’ moral awareness. The research findings reveal the impact of these technologies on the development of students’ moral decision-making abilities, reflective thinking skills, and social responsibility. Special emphasis is placed on the decisive role of the teacher’s personal example in this process. The results indicate that innovative pedagogical technologies serve as an important tool for the effective development of deontological competence.
