This article explores the significance of emotional intelligence in teaching and learning and examines its impact on educational effectiveness. Emotional intelligence is considered a key factor that enables teachers to regulate their emotions, build productive relationships with students, and create a positive learning environment. The study also highlights the role of emotional intelligence in improving students’ academic performance, motivation, and social competencies. The findings suggest that the development of emotional intelligence contributes significantly to enhancing the quality of education and fostering successful teaching and learning outcomes.
