In this article, the historical development and theoretical concepts of simultaneous interpretation are analyzed during the XX century. There are several examples such as defined successful results of SI at the Nuremberg Trials. Simultaneous interpreting, a new type of oral translation emerged as a crucial mode of communication in the 20th century, revolutionizing diplomatic, political, and international affairs exchanges.
